After completing the learning activities and taking a short multiple choice quiz, you’ll earn 0.1 continuing education units and a training certificate in your Adventist Learning Community ePortfolio.
What Will I Learn In This Course?
By the end of this course, you will be able to apply board-member principles and policies to board meetings and school board activities.
This video is designed to equip local school board Chairs, Secretaries, and Treasurers with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform duties for the local Seventh-day Adventist school board. Please watch the video and, when finished, take the quiz below. Access the additional resources discussed in the video, and sign and submit the appropriate ones to your School Board Chair as directed. You will also benefit from reading the entire North American Division School Board Manual, which is available for download Here. When you have completed this video, print the completion certificate and submit to your School Board Chair as directed.
