
If you have imported a Fusion template into Resolve via a .settings file and you find you have limited control of its node structure you need to edited the file first.
- Navitage to where the .settings file is.
- WINDOWS:
\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Templates\Edit\Generators\Template.setting
- MAC: The template location can be found by right-clicking on a folder in the Templates section of the Effects Library and selecting Show Folder
- WINDOWS:
- Right Click and edit with notepad or a similar type editor.
- Open it in Notepad and change
MacroOperator
toGroupOperator
(case-sensitive). - Save file and return to Resolves Fusion page.
- Double click on the node that was locked and you should see the entire node tree now.
